Mobile Albania / Flying artist´s room Ginnheim / as of summer 2025
Since 2008, Mobile Albania has been traveling the streets, cities and countryside of Germany and Europe with an old bus, a wooden donkey and other unconventional vehicles. The forms of work have developed from being on the road: analog, improvised and inviting.
Mobile Albania produces spontaneous assemblies and, as a wandering street university, develops content from encounters at crossroads, backyards and forgotten corners. The artistic work revolves around the question of what mobility and acceleration contribute to social segregation and what this means for everyday political and social life.
